To promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Northern Solano County area. 

The Purpose of the SCTA is to encourage and develop tennis for its lifetime recreational and physical fitness advantages within the northern Solano County area. To These ends, the SCTA will actively and vigorously promote youth tennis programs, both in our schools and in our community recreation systems. The SCTA will also encourage and assist instructional programs, clinics, league play, and tournaments for all age groups and skill levels. Since proper facilities are vitally important to the success of these activities, the SCTA will seek both the improvements of present tennis facilities and the construction of additional ones as needed.
