Annual Membership Meetings 

The SCTA was initially organized as a membership organization. As such, an annual membership meeting was required to elect leadership and to change by-laws. At its third annual membership meeting in 2024, the membership approved a by-laws change that changed us to a non-membership organization.

January 22, 2022. Our first AMM.

  1. Approved the SCTA By-Laws.

  2. Elected 7 directors to the Board.

  3. Dedicated the 2022 season to Mark Richardson.

January 21, 2023.

  1. Approved the amendment to the SCTA By-Laws.

  2. Elected four directors to the 7 member Board.

January 21, 2024.

  1. Elected four directors to the 7 member Board.
  2. Approved a by-laws change to make the SCTA a non-membership organization
