The Solano Community Tennis Association (SCTA) is incorporated as a membership organization dedicated to the development and growth of tennis in the northern Solano County area. The membership is the SCTA. As such, the members:
Elect the directors.
Can remove directors.
Adopt, amend, or repeal provisions of the by-laws.
